Those interested in becoming an NC Quick Pass Partner, or an NC Quick Pass Service Agent, must meet the following pre-requisites to be considered:

• Operate from a fixed location in North Carolina
• Have a minimum of one year experience in operating the business for which this application is made or other equivalent business experience or training
• Have internet connectivity and space for a laptop running the NCTA Back Office Software, and a printer
• Have the ability to connect payment card Europay Mastercard Visa readers to the network
